Group (AWG) Election Procedures


Distribution: AWG Voting Members, Council Chair and Chair-elect

The 10 voting members (Space Grant Directors) of the Working Group are charged with electing a chair each Spring of even numbered years, under the revised bylaws of the National Council of Space Grant Directors.

The duties of the chair include maintenance of an e-mail distribution list and web site, organizing the agenda for 2 or more annual meetings, posting minutes of meetings, providing liaison with NASA personnel, conducting special meetings and symposia, participating in meetings of the Executive Committee and other items to arise.
